A. Instructions for cancellation

Introduction

Consumers – meaning individuals acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession – generally have a legal right to cancel a contract within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, such as our made-to-order posters.

Exclusion of the Right to Cancel

As our products are made to order based on your individual selection (Print-on-Demand posters), your right to cancel is excluded in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).

This means that orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed and production has begun.

Refunds & Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at contact@footycomix.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• Your order number

We will assess your request and resolve the issue promptly.

B. Cancellation form (Not Applicable for Made-to-Order Products) 

In accordance with the legal requirement to still provide a model form, please note that the following cancellation form is not applicable to our made-to-order products. It is included here for informational purposes only.
